Conditions apply… or do they?
You’ve probably seen adverts with a HUGE headline, and then, in much smaller print, an asterisk that terms and conditions apply. Most of us click ‘I agree’ to all kinds of terms and conditions to things we buy these days and rarely (if ever) do we read them.
If you have specific requirements or disclaimers about your products or services (e.g. fitness programs alone won’t mean you will lose weight overnight, you might also need to maintain a healthy diet), you can set these limitations and explanations out clearly in the terms and conditions.
